Holtz Counseling & Wellness accepts all major credit cards, cash, & check. If you choose to pay with cash, please bring exact change, as we do not keep cash and are unable to provide change.

Holtz Counseling & Wellness accepts Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Cigna, CBHA, Aetna, MedCost, and United Health Care. 

What to Expect
Initial intake and assessment appointment designed to gather information about you and to talk about presenting issues.  We will gather important background information, healthcare history, history of treatment, etc.   You will sign paperwork allowing for consent of services / treatment and consent of billing.

 

We will talk together to create treatment goals and objectives that are agreeable and achievable.
